Michael DiStefano started Running Coach Plan in 2025 after he discovered that many running plans are too broad and don’t focus on key parts of training, like health coaching and strength training.
Michael has been running competitively for around twenty years, participating in races ranging from 5Ks to ultra marathons. In addition to the competition and opportunity for personal achievement, Michael’s favorite part of running is the camaraderie shared between runners, and hopes to share his love of running through Running Coach Plan.
Michael has received certifications and has become a specialist in certain fields.
