Running Coach Plan offers virtual coaching sessions for companies with a running team. These sessions will focus on developing a running plan and include strength training and balance and flexibility exercises to help employees improve as runners. Employees will use a training app to access their workout plans.
These 30-minute coaching sessions will take place weekly. Your team’s coach will create a running plan with different tiers based on runner experience (beginner, intermediate, or experienced). Prices are based on the size of the corporate team.
